Vancouver, BC - Arson fire in heritage home kills one

On Nov 30th 2009, around 9PM firefighters battled a 3-alarm fire in a large heritage home @ 1518 Laurier Ave at Granville St in the Shaughnessy neighbourhood. The arson fire claimed the life of a man who was found in the basement. 2 firefighters received minor injuries while fighting the fire.
